Do you ever get that tight feeling in your chest and maybe a bit of panic due to stress and anxiety? I think most of us are prone to it at one time or another. I myself do everything in my power to combat stress, whether it be through running or meditating, but sometimes nothing seems to help. With deadlines looming ahead, tasks that need to be completed, and goals that need to be reached, it can be hard to rest your mind and let stress go.
I try to meditate for 10 minutes every day (which sometimes is easier said than done). I their believe meditation is a key ingredient in life. It allows you to ease your thoughts and gain clarity. However, I never thought to use any aid to help in meditation. I am always open to new things, though, which is why I was interested in using Luna Sundara's Palo Santo sticks.

I really love the smell; I'm not a big incense person as it tends to give me a headache, but the Palo Santo is more woody and fills the whole room with a warm, comforting scent. When meditating afterwards, I definitely could feel myself ease into a more relaxed state in which I could easily let go of my stress.
